1.Answering the telephones, taking and maximising bookings.
2.Responsible for maintaining record of transaction at billing / cash counter
3.Meeting, greeting and seating guests.
4.Delivering excellent customer service skills and handling all guests complaints, requests and enquiries on food, beverage and service.
1.Good knowledge of speaking & understanding of language English /Hindi .
2.positive gesture is mandatory , should provide warm greetings to customer even in peak pressure environment.
3 .10 + 2 / graduation / management degree is allowed .
4 . Skilled in maintaining positive environment around , should speak with customers in a very polite manner .
5. Able to handle multiple task simultaneously.
6.should be able to work for long working hours ,shifts even on weekends if needed .
