Location : Vikas Puri, New Delhi
Ø The incumbent should be the one with an entrepreneurial vision;
Ø Ready to work in a performance-based compensation structure - as the company grows and he/she be also considered as a stakeholder should his/her performance justify the same;
Ø Given the current size of the company the compensation structure will comprise a part of fixed remuneration plus revenue sharing;
Ø Minimum Qualification - 5+ Years of experience in Software Sales, CRM Sales, IT Sales, B2B Sales;
Ø Able to handle team;
Ø Good Communication Skills;
Ø Technical background candidates are preferred;
Ø Result oriented and energetic.
