WORKING DAYS: MON – SAT (EXCEPT 1ST & 3RD SAT)
SHIFT TIMING: DOMESTIC AND/OR UK SHIFT

· Sourcing candidates from various Job portals based on the company requirements.
· Screening the candidate's resumes and contacting relevant candidates.
· Assess knowledge, Communication skills, aptitude, and experience of the applicant.
· Arranging interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company.
· Strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
· Excellent communication skills required - oral and written.
· Self-driven to achieve assigned targets.
· Ability to research, understand the business process
· Excellent learning skills and maintaining good relationships with candidates.

· End-to-end recruitment & Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet etc.)

Roles and Responsibilities
Participating in recruitment efforts
Preparing and updating job descriptions
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn)
Craft & Sending recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Send job offer emails and answer
