HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description: We are looking for an ideal candidate to join our Human Resource Department as an HR and Admin Officer.
As an HR and Admin Officer, you will be responsible for processing employee data as well as update the policies of our company. You will also have to provide assistance in the process of recruiting. You should be proficient in providing assistance in the hiring process. You should also assist in day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
1. Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
2. Update internal databases with new hire information
3. Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
4. Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
5. Publish and remove job ads
6. Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
7. Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department
8. Develop training and onboarding material
-High school diploma/GED.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
-Strong verbal and written communicators.
- Ability to maintain an employee’s personal records.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong organization and analytical skills.
