Role: Channel Management
Candidate should be from insurance background having 6 months to 1year of experience in
insurance industry.Sound knowledge of insurance products like Motor, Life, Health & Commercial Lines insurance.
Primary role Drive sales through the agency network by on boarding new clients/partners.
Conduct continuous agent training program.
Ensuring adherence to documented processes, procedures and controls.
Recruit, train agents and generate business from them.
Responsible for licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.
Using sales scripts to provide information about products features, prices etc. and present
their benefits to drive sales.
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with partners to encourage repeat business.
Developing in-depth knowledge of insurance products and services to make suitable
recommendations based on customers\' needs and preferences.
Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets concerning call volume and sales.
Lead Generation II Cold Calling - Call existing and potential partners to inform, convince and sell the
company\'s products and services.
Building a strong relationship with the old and existing partners.
Coordinating with quotation, claim and renewal team to fetch required documents.
